What is coming in Q4

Platform & GRC:

• "what-if" policy simulations for new flows,
• PDF/CSV exports that can become executive reporting later, and
• role-based access (admin/user) that scales to full RBAC later
  

Flow Engine:

• Escalation flows and out-of-office delegation capabilities

Integrations:

• Webhooks; and
• partnerships with LangChain/LangGraph, UIPath, and Zapier
  

Analytics:

• SLA tracking with simple response time monitoring
  

AI/ML:

• Learning Mode where the platform learns from user decisions to improve suggestions and proactive notifications about potential issues.
