JOB TITLE: Go-To-Market Specialist

About the Role

Drive Velatir's growth as our Go-To-Market Specialist in Odense. With investor backing and early traction, we're ready to scale and we need someone entrepreneurial to build our marketing engine from scratch. You'll own the full GTM strategy for our B2B SaaS product, from automation to demand generation, with the freedom to experiment and the resources to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute our entire go-to-market strategy for both SMB and enterprise segments
  • Build marketing automation infrastructure from the ground up
  • Design and launch demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and revenue
  • Develop product-led growth strategies including free trial optimization, product activation, and conversion funnels
  • Create data-driven marketing strategies with clear ROI metrics and attribution
  • Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, email, and content marketing
  • Implement and optimize self-service signup flows and product-qualified lead (PQL) frameworks
  • Work directly with founders to align marketing with business goals and fundraising efforts
  • Develop partnership marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and optimize spend for maximum impact
  • Build processes, experiment fast, and scale what works. Entrepreneurial approach required
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion optimization
  • Track and improve key SaaS metrics: CAC, LTV, activation rate, retention, expansion

What We're Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality: you build things, not just execute tasks
  • Significant B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in startup environments
  • Proven experience with product-led growth strategies and PLG metrics
  • Track record with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in SaaS metrics, attribution, and data-driven decision making
  • Hands-on experience running PLG campaigns from strategy to execution to analysis
  • Understanding of self-service onboarding, product activation, and viral growth loops
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and doesn't need a playbook to follow
  • Excited to build marketing from the ground up
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable business impact in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with freemium models, trial optimization, or product-qualified leads is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Odense, Denmark
