These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, including our downloadable Software Development Kit (SDK), our Model Context Protocol offerings, our browser extension as well as any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
These T&C apply to all Users who have not received a separate quote from us or entered into a separate written agreement with us, typically Users who have signed up directly through our website or a partner. Where we have provided you with a separate quote, order form, Master Service Agreement, or other separate written agreement (whether with an enterprise customer or otherwise), the terms of that agreement govern your use of the Service and control over these T&C to the extent of any conflict.
IMPORTANT: The Service is offered exclusively to businesses and individuals acting in a professional capacity. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, consumers. By accepting these T&C, you represent and warrant that you are acting in a business, trade, or professional capacity and not as a consumer.
