You set Coach up once. After that it runs wherever your team uses AI, stays quiet until one of a few specific moments, then gives short guidance and steps back.

The first time someone uses any AI service. Coach sets the baseline. Treat AI output as a draft, not a decision. Keep sensitive information out of prompts unless the service is approved for it.

The first time someone uses a particular service. Coach introduces that tool, including details that matter, such as whether it trains on the data you send it.
