About the role

AI is arriving in organisations faster than most of them planned for. Someone has to keep track of it, usually the CISO, the IT lead or the compliance officer.

Velatir is the layer that gives those people a clear view of how AI is actually used across the organisation. We need someone who can make that idea easy to see, in a feed, on a stage and on a t-shirt.

Who we are

Velatir is based in Odense. We're already established in Denmark, with customers ranging from ten-person companies to large enterprises and public organisations such as municipalities. Next we're expanding across Europe, and the brand has to grow with us.

What you'll do

You'll sit in Marketing and work closely with two people. Our Head of Product Design is your partner on visual identity, and our Head of Marketing is your partner on story and message. Your week might include:

Motion and video for social. Short, sharp pieces that explain something real in fifteen seconds.Stills too.
Decks people want to present. For sales, partners and events, so the slides help the speaker instead of getting in the way.
Things you can hold. Merchandise and print, from event materials to the hoodie someone actually wears on a Saturday.
A view of what's coming. Because you work with Product Design, you'll see the product before it ships, and your work can tell its story early.

What we're looking for

How you work

You're kind, and you're creative. You can explain why a choice is right and defend it when it matters. You can also hear "not quite yet" without losing momentum. When a launch or an event needs something extra, you're there for it, and the team is there with you.

What you bring

Four or more years as a digital designer. We're mainly looking for a senior, but we're open to a strong mid-level designer. A portfolio that shows video. Motion graphics in After Effects and Premiere is the core of this role.
Fluency in the Adobe suite and Figma.
AI as part of your everyday workflow. You use it to explore ideas, generate assets and move faster, and you know where your own judgement takes over.
Care for craft. You notice the two pixels, the frame where the easing is off, the kerning in the footer. And you ship.
