About the role
We are looking for someone to turn our roadmap into shipped product. You take the roadmap the CPO sets, break it down into work the product and tech team can execute, and keep it moving from plan to done.
You sit close to product, engineering, and design, and you keep the delivery engine running. You own the backlog and you know the status of every item and what stands in its way. Sprints, Kanban, or something else, we do not mind. What matters is that the process works and keeps getting better, and you are accountable for that. This is an AI first role, and you would set the standard for how we use AI in how we plan and deliver.

What you'll do
Drive the roadmap.
You break roadmap items into clear, ready work, you sequence it, and you keep it moving until it is done. You know the status of every item, you spot what is slipping before it slips, and you clear the blockers so the team can keep shipping. When the plan and reality do not line up, you say so early and bring the trade-offs, and you keep the people who need to know in the loop.
Own the process.
You make sure the team has a rhythm that works and that the ceremonies actually happen. You are the one accountable for keeping the work visible, the backlog groomed and prioritised, and the tickets clear enough to pick up without guesswork. You keep improving how the team works, whatever shape that process takes.
Build AI into how we work.
You use AI in your daily work, you build it into how we plan and deliver where it earns its place, and you help the team use these tools well in theirs. In practice that means using AI to draft tickets, summarise progress, surface risks, and prepare reporting. You design workflows where AI does the first pass and a person checks the result. You stay responsible for what those systems produce.
What we're looking for
You have run product delivery or a close equivalent as a Product Owner, delivery lead, or similar. You know your way around agile ways of working and you have an opinion on what makes a team flow, without being dogmatic about any one method. You have the technical understanding to work closely with engineers, ideally from an engineering background of your own, so you can break work down sensibly and follow the trade-offs behind it. You are comfortable owning a backlog and a delivery plan, and you can explain the status of any item and what it depends on. You have used AI tools on real work with real stakes. You write clearly and you keep things simple.
